Common knowledge:

All puppies from parents in same breed and with FCI pedigrees are always registrated in Estonian Kennel Union (EKU) stud book.  At the moment there are no mandatory breeding requirements for any of the Retriever breeds (updated 2016).

Only Estonian Kennel Union has the FCI right to registrate purebred puppies in Estonian stud book, no breeder or any other Club or Society can not do that.

To registrate a litter in EKU, owner of a female dog (breeder) must send a filled registration application and documents (mating contract, pedigrees of parents etc) before the litter is 6 months in age. Owner of puppy or any other person except the breeder can not applicate puppies for EKU’s pedigree.
